(Reported by Shanwei Daily on July 14) From July 12 to 13, a delegation led by Yang Feng, chairman of Great Aim Group, inspected Shanwei City, which was welcomed by municipal leaders such as Wang Menghui, Peng Honghui, Mo Yingqun, Zhuo Zhiqiang, Wang Shiding and Lu Wenhui and the secretary general of the municipal government Chen Hanqun.
It was learned that Hong Kong Great Aim International Holdings Co., Ltd. under Great Aim Group signed a letter of intent on a comprehensive real estate development project worth 577 million US dollars with Shanwei, on the Guangdong-Hong Kong Economic, Technology and Trade Cooperation Exchange & Investment Attraction Seminar of Shanwei in 2005. The group is mainly engaged in fields such as real estate development, engineering construction, import and export trade, communication technology service, property service, photography service, hotel tourism and school education. The delegation to Shanwei will further inspect and consult on the projects such as investment environment and real estate development.
On the afternoon of July 12, leaders of the group were exchanging views with municipal leaders and directors of relevant departments. On the seminar, Wang Shiding, executive vice mayor introduced the basic conditions of the city for them. Vice mayor Lu Wenhui also introduced the current planning and construction status and the development trend of the city for the guests. Chairman of the group said, as a wanderer starting business away from the hometown, he care about each construction of the hometown very much. If there were investment projects suitable for the group, he is willing to make due contribution to the hometown.
On the afternoon of July 13, under the company of related leaders of the city and districts, the delegation made a field inspection to areas such as Magong Changsha Bay Development Zone, Houjing Village of Xiangzhou Sub-district, Pinqing Lake, Dongchong Town and Honghai Bay Development Zone.
