On April 27, as we arrived at the sales center of Lingfeng International, the site was crowded. Home buyers listened to the salespersons around the sand table, who kept smiling and nodding from time to time. Thanks to Mr. Zeng Wenxiong, the regional marketing supervisor of Great Aim Group, for sparing time from his busy schedule to accept our interview. He introduced and analyzed the house layouts, environment and demand of customers at present, which impressed us deeply.
In the warm spring breeze, the project sold well. Data was the evidence. It was opened on April 29. In the morning as we arrived at the site, the parking lot has already been crowded. The site was crowded and noisy. The sales control board has been covered with red marks. Customers scrambled to ask the salespersons to handle the subscription procedure for them, holding their bank cards. As the staff were so busy, we did not interrupt them, so we left the site for the time being after taking some photos.

According to the staff, this time they adopted a carpet style selling method. Each salesperson swept each passer-by at the exhibition with their acute eyes and achieved an amazing sales performance with their accurate selling ability. At the site we were lucky to encounter Mr. Zeng Wenxiong, the regional marketing supervisor of Great Aim and saw him command in person in the hot sun. His sense of dedication and responsibility was admired by us. Zeng said, planned and organized by our salespersons under the coordination of our marketing tactics, our sales performance was the best at the exhibition and our speed was fastest, our strain capacity was the strongest. In marketing we must aim at our targets accurately with a teamwork spirit like the wolf and as agile as a leopard. The description was very correct. In words, we have felt that his marketing mentality was very clear, with a smooth connection of each link. And all staff coordinated seamlessly with the salespersons.

On May 2, we received sales data from Lingfeng International. From April 27 to May 2, it rolled out 380 garden style houses, of which over 300 units were sold, with a sales control rate of 80% and a sales amount of more than 200 million Yuan.
