In 2015, with an aim of "romantic trip on an international coast", the "One Belt and Nine Bays" plan for Qinglv Road of Zhuhai was officially implemented. In 2005, external real estate brands such as HWL and China Grand Enterprises settled in Tangjia Bay. Meanwhile, Tangjia Bay is blessed with a perfect residential eco-system, backing the 2 million ㎡ primitive forest of Fenghuang Mountain, facing blue sea and sky to the south; the Qinglv North Road stretches for dozens of km and presents an enchanting scenery; it is surrounded by coastal beaches, six parks and a mangrove forest, so it boasts an ecological living environment in all directions. A lot of cultural and historical heritages and sites have been preserved such as Neolithic sand dune site, Tangjia Ancient Streets, Common Joy Park, Huitong Village and Baishi Street. It gathers famous universities such as Sun Yat-Sen University, Beijing Normal University and Beijing Institute of Technology, South China Science Park, Tsinghua Science Park Industrial Base, headquarters economic base, headquarters of Jinshan, Lanwan Smart Island on the peninsula to build a prosperous coastal center. Yao said.

Yao said, in fact in the past years, though Tangjia Bay boasted all sorts of advantages, but it kept low-profile, as a result of which the strength of the ancient land had been under-estimated by the world all the time. The auction of four plots in succession had not just refreshed the record of land price in Zhuhai, but also played a key role in promoting the urbanization of Tangjia Bay. An end was declared to the scattered development situation in the past, which was replaced by large-scale urban and industrial development. The inter-city light rail runs through Zhuhai, which sets two stations Zhuhai North and Tangjia Bay along the route, which indicates its important position and development potential. Nowadays, Tangjia Bay is an important urban node and traffic hub center to connect Zhuhai and Pearl River Delta. The area enjoys an access to two favorable traffic facilities, HK-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel.
