Promoting the training of calligraphy teachers

The reporter of the daily learned that the calligraphy teachers training program was launched on August 15, 2015, which was co-hosted by the Ministry of Education and China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and jointly organized by China Education Society, Chinese Calligraphers Association and Chinese Education Calligraphy Association. The core content of the project is: From 2015, it will train and cultivate about 7,000 calligraphy teachers for primary and middle schools nationwide and calligraphy teaching researchers at the levels of province, prefecture and county in around five years, thereby promoting the popularization and improve the quality of calligraphy education and training in primary and middle schools.
