Group Signed a Contract on Transfer of National Patented Technology of LED White Light Communication發布時間：
On December 23, Zhuhai Great Aim Group and National Key Lab for Semi-conductor Joint Innovation held a signing ceremony on their cooperation in LED white light communication project at the base of Changzhou, Jiangsu, which was attended by around 200 people including Cao Jianlin, vice minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhang Zhihong, executive deputy director of Torch Center of Department of Science and Technology, Xu Nanping, assistant governor of Jiangsu and director of the science and technology department of the province, Wu Ling, secretary general of China Solid State Lighting Alliance and director of the management office of semi-conductor lighting project of Ministry of Science and Technology, Yang Feng, chairman of Zhuhai Great Aim Group Co., Ltd., experts and scholars from some institutes of higher learning and related scientific research institutions.
LED white light communication technology, also known as visible light communication, is an emerging communication technology which developed countries in the world strive to study and develop. Its mechanism: Information to be transmitted is firstly compiled into a modulated signal, which is then added to the driving current of a LED lamp with the method of pulse width modulation. The LED lamp will then flicker at an extremely high frequency that is harmless to our eyes. Though we can't see the flickering, it can be detected by a photosensitive element and converted into information to be transmitted. The technology is highly confidential, and does not occupy wireless channels. It can take each lamp widely distributed indoors as a positioning reference point, namely, "satellites" in GPS system to achieve accurate indoor positioning, whose accuracy can be more than 10 times higher than that of conventional technologies. The lab has fundamentally solved the series of theoretical problems of white light communication and positioning and has submitted eight invention patents.
Zhuhai Great Aim Group Co., Ltd. is an integrated cross-boundary enterprise based on real estate development and sidelined in areas such as lighting, communication, international trade, hospitality and education. Since the beginning of this year, the company has secured its basis, engaged in industrial transfer, made a huge investment to march into the high-tech industry and promoted the industrialization of white light communication technology which is co-developed with National Key Lab for Semi-conductor Joint Innovation, which has filled up a gap of China in this field.
