On the afternoon of February 10,the 2017 Year-end Summary Conference&2018 Mobilization Conference of Great Aim Group was held grandly at Mozart Concert Hall of Zhuhai Huafa&cpaa Grand Theater.The conference was presided over by Cheng Yin,a director and administrative director of the Group,and attended by near a thousand people,including members of the board of directors of the Group,staff and employees of each center,company,department and office.

On the meeting,Yu Daoqun,president of the Group,first summarized the work of 2017 and deployed the work of 2018,and objectively pointed out the achievements and shortages of the Group in the past year.President Yu said,2017 was an extraordinary year,as the real estate market entered a development stage of platforms after a soaring period.In the face of new challenges,the Group,under the leadership of Chairman Yang Feng of the board of directors,insisted on a development strategy of“One Body with Two Wings”,adhered to an operation strategy of“Navigate for Life Quality Pursuers”,practiced the spirit of tree and vine“Behave as uprightly as a tree and do as steadily as a vine”.Sailing against the current,braving the wind and waves,we have made fruitful achievements in the segments of finance,high-tech and real estate.The meeting also announced the result of annual evaluation of functional departments and each company of the Group in 2017.

Later,Xie Yongsheng,general manager of Zhuhai Hengqin Great Aim Investment Holdings Co.,Ltd.,made a work deployment report of high-tech segment in 2018.He introduced the smart shopping cart project developed by the high-tech segment currently and showed the publicity film.He explained in detail the types and methods of advertisement operation of the high-tech segment.By referring to the advertising technology of focus media,he predicted the operation revenue of 50 offline operation stores in Shenzhen in 2018.At present,the smart shopping cart has been introduced to Shenzhen Rainbow Supermarket.In 2018,all staff of the Group’s high-tech segment will continue to promote the implementation of projects of the high-tech segment.An in-depth expansion will be launched around Shenzhen.The project aims to reach 50 stores in Shenzhen and create an operation revenue of over 100 million Yuan within a year.

Yang Zhixiong,executive vice chairman of the board of the Group,made a mobilization speech of 2018.He pointed out,corporate culture is the source of strength and spiritual pillar for the development and growth of the enterprise.In 2017,the Group launched the first event of“Spreading Chinese Calligraphy into Households”,which was recognized and praised by the government.He called on all people of Great Aim to take as their mission to carry forward excellent traditional culture of China and actively participate in each cultural activity to publicize the enterprise in the future.He called on all staff of the Group to carefully implement the spirit and resolutions of the meeting of the board of directors of the Group in 2018,grasp the good momentum of development of the Group at the moment,step up research and development,enhance product quality,try to gain more initiative in the market competition.He hoped that all people of Great Aim could adhere to the spirit of tree and vine“Behave as uprightly as a tree and do as steadily as a vine”,form common values and targets and fulfill their common cause and dream.The Group will continue to assume its social responsibility,realize its goal of rapid development and cultivate talents needed by the enterprise.He hoped that all people of Great Aim can work with one heart,stay true to original aspirations,move on hand in hand and work harder.
After reporting the result of annual evaluation of each department and organization,the Group commended the advanced organizations and excellent employees with prominent contributions and performance in each work in 2017.Following the principle of“selecting best from best”,it has selected 23 winners of“second prize for excellent employees”,8 winners of“first prize for excellent employees”,4 winners of“award for advanced collectives”and 1 winner of“award for prominent contributions”.

Yang Jiaqiong,financial director of the Group,won an“award for prominent contributions”.In his acceptance speech,he expressed gratitude for trust and affirmation from leaders of the Group,and the support and coordination of everyone in Great Aim to the work of financial department.He hoped that the towering tree of Great Aim will grow more robustly.
Yang Feng,Chairman of the Group,encouraged all people of Great Aim to try to improve themselves.He said,Yang has grown from a grassroot assistant accountant to a financial director of an enterprise with a platform worth a hundred million Yuan.His performance indicates that the Group’s thirst for and praise of talents.Later,Chairman Yang expressed earnest expectations in the development of the Group.He said,“The situation of real estate sector this year is not optimistic.Since the end of last year,financial control becomes increasingly tight.Each financial institution is worried about the situation of developers.However,Great Aim Group feels good.The reason I give to financial institutions is,in the choice of developers and in the face of financial“risk control”this year,financial institutions should start from the choice of cities.As long as the right cities are chosen,the enterprise will be right,the project will be right,the boss will be right,and the risks will be controllable.The projects of Great Aim Group are mainly in Shenzhen where rigid demand is prominent,and also in Zhuhai and Huizhou,so we have advantage in sales rate.Our prominent market advantage has been manifested by facts in the past year.In the past year,the‘Double Limitations’policy released by Shenzhen was the strictest nationwide,but its market inventory is the smallest.This is where the advantage of the city lies,so I have enough reason to tell financial institutions that the crisis faced today has been solved by us in advance five years ago.We are very proud in the accuracy of our strategic positioning‘taking root in Zhuhai,grasping Shenzhen’implemented five years ago.And the financial science industrial strategy implemented by us at the moment also shows a‘blue sea’.One body with two wings is soaring in the blue sky.”
In this meeting,each of 51 employees of Great Aim who have joined the company for at least three years was awarded with a badge of honor produced with 24K gold was awarded.
