According to the information provided by the developer, by 3 pm on May 1, all units offered were sold out.
According to the information of the Urban Planning and Land Resource Committee of Shenzhen, Block A of the 3rd building was documented with a minimal price of 39,524 Yuan/㎡ and a maximum price of 41,564 Yuan/㎡. And Block B of the 3rd building was documented with a minimal price of 40,444 Yuan/㎡ and a maximum price of 43,834 Yuan/㎡. According to the related person in charge of the project in an interview, the average opening price on that day was 38,000 to 42,000 Yuan/㎡.
The reporter of Nanfang Metropolis Daily learned that on that day over 1,000 customers came to the site. Preferences offered by the project include a discount of 100,000 Yuan for customers registered with an intention to buy the houses, and a 2% discount offered for subscription. The customers were mainly locals of Longgang. Only some customers were from districts such as Luohu, Futian and Nanshan. Several home buyers reflected that the opening price of around 38,000 Yuan was relatively suitable and the project is surrounded by rich education resources.
Great Aim Central City is located in the urban renewal area of Longteng, south of Jixiang Station of Metro Line 3.
