--2nd Skill Competition of Management Departments Held by Zhuhai Great Aim Property Consultant Co., Ltd.
To promote the overall management image of Great Aim Property and test the service skills of security teams and position standards, and exhibit the personal mien of security guards of each project, on the afternoon of July 26, the 2nd skill competition of management departments was held by Zhuhai Great Aim Property Consultant Co., Ltd. at Longteng Bay Villas.
Before the competition, deputy general manager Zheng Jianjie, made a mobilizing speech, who hoped that each project team could fully understand the significance of the activity and participate in the competition by showing their best spiritual outlook and could show their personal mien and style and make a good performance with what they have learned and practiced in daily time.
The teams from each property service center competed fiercely in three items, namely, "theoretical knowledge", "military training" and "fire fighting skills". Finally, the teams of Longteng Bay, Nanwan International and Lingfeng International respectively took the first three places in the military training competition; Xiao Banghe, Shen Xintao and Ren Qingjiang respectively took the top three spots in the personal fire fighting skill competition. The skill competition came to a successful end in the sweat and honor of the participants.
After the competition, the company's leaders made comments and summary on the competition, fully recognized the training effects of each project. The special training has achieved initial success and laid a solid foundation for the service quality of property center to reach a new height.
