Training Series Two Organized by HR Department of the Group--Training on Financial Reimbursement Process發布時間:
To perfect the company's "institutionalization and standardization", strengthen financial management system and enhance the working efficiency, on the afternoon of October 13, the group's HR department organized Training Series Two--training on financial reimbursement process in the conference room on the 14th floor of Great Aim Building. The training was lectured by Luo Hongxiu, deputy general manager of financial department, which was attended by 30 trainees including new-comers of the group and secondary companies.

In the training, based on the basic requirements of the group's management system and combined with actual situation of financial reimbursement, Luo Hongxiu has explained in detail the specific requirements and matters needing attention in each link such as basic classification of reimbursement, filling out of expense accounts, pasting of bills, approval process for reimbursement. Later, in the Q&A link, everyone was engaged in exchange and discussion actively. Luo Hongxiu answered the questions raised by everyone and corrected the common mistakes.

Through the training, new employees of the group had a deep understanding of the reimbursement processes for various expenses. It has strengthened the awareness of employees to strictly implement financial system, enhanced their working efficiency and laid down a foundation for regulating the company's financial system.
